What makes this version different?
You open it by taking the blue tab at the top between your fingers, instead of getting a fingernail under a label. The cover material is also gentler on soft tissue than a standard cover.
Who benefits from the gentler material?
Patients with tender gums, children, elderly patients and patients with a strong gag reflex notice it most.
Does it give the same protection as the standard cover?
Yes. It is the same single-use cover against contact with splatter and body fluids, with the same self-adhesive closure. Only the way of opening and the feel of the material differ.
