Will these fit other 3D imaging systems?
No. These are cut for the 3D bite block used on the Carestream systems listed above. For 2D intraoral holders, use our standard bite block sleeves instead.
How many sleeves are in a box?
200 sleeves.
Can the sleeves be reprocessed and reused?
No. They are supplied non-sterile and are single use, so they must be discarded after one patient. They are not intended to be reprocessed.
Why does the fit matter on a CBCT scan?
The block is in the patient's mouth for the whole rotation, so a sleeve that creeps or wrinkles moves the bite. This one is cut to the shape of the block and stays put through the scan.
